You may buy out of the Lease Contract prior to the end of the lease term and cut off all liability for paying rent for the remainder of the lease term, fees are evaluated according to the lease.

Residents are responsible for setup and payment directly to the following: Electric (PSEG) and Cable/Internet (Verizon). Initial lease term options are 6-18 months. Renewal lease options are 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18 months.
We offer surface assigned parking for $45 per space per month and garages are available for $75 per garage per month.
Our cable internet provider is Verizon. Residents are responsible to setup and pay the cable/internet provider directly.
